Professional Interests:
- Building a nurturing and supportive relationship; working together to resolve issues and develop greater self-compassion.
- Helping those struggling with depression, anxiety, and other acute conditions learn to better manage their symptoms and live more fulfilling lives.
- Assisting couples (straight and gay) to improve their relationships by working through issues and fostering greater communication and intimacy.
- Working with individuals, particularly trauma survivors of all kinds, to heal childhood wounds and transform unwanted patterns.
- Facilitating psychotherapy and support groups (currently offering "Living with Depression" for those dealing with issues of depression).
- Working with men on issues of intimacy, career, family.
- Supporting those engaged in life transitions (careers, marriages, divorces, moves) to successfully navigate those changes.
- Helping those people who have previously done a lot of therapy to finally make the changes in their lives they desire.
