About My Practice
Adults facing life transitions and issues of work and meaningful engagement, couples struggling with connecting in intimate relationship and parenthood, children and young adults learning to navigate life’s confusing passageways, men and women stuck in anxiety or depression . . . each of us must overcome obstacles that stand between us and achieving our life goals. Often, those obstacles involve beliefs about ourselves that dictate how we feel and behave that we developed long ago but that have now outlived their usefulness.
As an experienced psychologist, I act as a guide: listening and responding, helping you along your path, working from where you are, and being sensitive to your needs at each turn in the road. Together, we create a safe, warm, respectful atmosphere that encourages exploration.
I am fluent in English, Spanish, and French, and I enjoy working with people in all life stages and from all over the world. To make an appointment or to learn more about my practice, please visit my website.
